About the role
We are seeking a motivated APS3 Participant Support Officer to join a national team providing front-line operational and administrative support. You’ll manage workflow, support stakeholders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.

What you will do
Manage and resolve participant enquiries and tasks
Provide front-of-house and reception support, including handling email, phone, and online enquiries
Coordinate appointments and ensure office facilities are accessible
Undertake research, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
Handle complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring follow-up is completed
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to support team operations
What you will bring
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills and confidence in managing sensitive conversations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to manage spreadsheets
Self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to work independently
Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new systems and processes
Background in front-of-house operations or administrative support is desirable
