We're on the lookout for a motivated and solutions-focused Account Manager to join one of Australia’s leading Accredited Certificate Providers, driving meaningful change through energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives.

If you thrive on building strong relationships, navigating complex regulations and have a deep understanding of energy efficiency or environmental policy frameworks, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue and secure new business partnerships.
• Nurture and maintain existing client relationship.
• Account Management with installation partners, acting as their go-to expert on environmental certificate schemes and adapting to evolving policies.
• Interpret and explain energy efficiency policies and compliance requirements in a clear, actionable way.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably within the state-based certificate programs
• Strong business development experience.
• Previous experience with an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP).
• Deep understanding of energy efficiency or environmental policy frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills – confident in translating complex information into practical solutions.
