Assistant Educators — Immediate Start

We’re a small, family-owned childcare centre right in the heart of Ascot, Brisbane. With just 49 places, our service has a close-knit, community feel—perfect for educators who genuinely care about building strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

We’re looking for passionate and reliable educators to join our team for an immediate start. While we’re flexible, we are ideally seeking permanent part-time or full-time educators who are looking for long-term stability and the chance to really grow with us.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you are:

A qualified educator with (or currently studying towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Open to starting a traineeship if you’re just beginning your journey in early childhood

Holding a current Blue Card

Warm, professional, and passionate about working with young children

Excited about being part of a small team where your contributions are noticed and valued
