We're currently seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Hand to assist in the production of custom textile products in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines

Cut, measure, and prepare textiles for custom window furnishings (curtains, blinds etc..)

Handle fabrics with care and precision, ensuring top-quality finished products.

Assist in assembly and packaging of completed items.

Work collaboratively with production team to meet deadlines.

Receive Deliveries and check items.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience using industrial sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.

Knowledge of textile properties and handling -including different fabric types and finishes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality.

Good time management and ability to interpret written instructions and follow detailed production specifications.

Physically fit and be prepared to work both seated and standing.
