We are seeking an enthusiastic pharmacist to be part of our service-focused pharmacy with the option to also work onsite in our serviced aged care facilities.

This is not just a dispensary role – you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference through clinical services, medication reviews onsite pharmacist roles and patient and staff education.

Areas you can be involved in:

• Aged Care Pharmacy Services – working closely with nursing staff and GPs in the pharmacy and/or onsite in our local aged care homes to optimise resident care.

• Community Pharmacy – engaging with patients in a family-friendly, supportive beachside environment.

• Private Hospital Services – supplying medications to our local private hospital.

• Drug & Alcohol Services – supporting patients with therapy within the pharmacy as well as onsite.

• Home Medication Reviews (HMRs) and case conferences– providing clinical input to GP's and our community patients
