About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our team at Lennox Head Chempro Chemist' in Lennox Head, NSW. This is a flexible position offering a part-time or full time opportunity, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients and supporting the overall operations of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

• Providing professional pharmaceutical advice and services to patients, including dispensing prescriptions, monitoring medication usage, and offering guidance on proper medication management
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
• Mentoring and supporting pharmacy technicians and assistants
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations

What we're looking for

• A current Pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, policies, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse environment
