We’re on the lookout for caring, experienced, and passionate people to join our team as Overnight Respite Hosts. This is not your average support work role—it’s a chance to make real connections and provide a safe, calm, and enriching environment for someone who needs it.

🛏️ What You’ll Need:

A furnished spare room available for guests

2+ years of direct experience with people with disability

Warm, welcoming home environment

Compassion, patience, and a sense of humour!

📋 We’ll Help You Get Ready

You’ll need (or be willing to obtain):

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Police Check & WWCC

First Aid Certificate

NDIS Orientation Module

ABN & Driver’s Licence

We’ll provide:

Training, policies, and onboarding

Public liability & professional indemnity insurance

All marketing, referrals, and support

Meet-and-greets with participants before any stay

Ongoing guidance from our experienced team
