About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Assistant Store Manager to help lead their Retail showroom. In this dynamic role you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, achieving KPI's and contributing to the store's overall success. You will thrive leading and mentoring your team, offering hands on coaching. With a keen eye for detail, you will also take pride in ensuring the showroom, Trade and Design departments is presented well and visually inspiring.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail and customer service management environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Passionate and committed
• High energy and eagerness to learn and grow within the business
• Have worked to KPI's and sale targets prior
