Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage fortnightly staff rosters

Oversee weekly and monthly magazine and newspaper returns

Drive exceptional customer service and sales growth

Lead and motivate your team with a hands-on approach

Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control

Ensure compliance with Lotto, Tobacco, and Newsagency standards

Handle daily cash management, reporting, and operations

Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years' retail or store leadership experience

Store Manager experience preferred for the minimum 2 years retail leadership requirement

Strong organisational, communication, and people skills

Confidence managing staff, stock, and retail systems

Proactive, detail-focused, and team-oriented mindset

QLD driver's licence preferred

Lotto and Tobacco experience a bonus

Australian work rights are required for this position
