We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to play a key leadership role in managing operations across our four locations. This role will combine reception duties, staff coordination, operational oversight, and a direct contribution to building systems that support our growing business.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across all stores while providing support in reception, team leadership, and service quality. This is a hands-on position that requires initiative, responsibility, and a genuine passion for wellness.
You will be the connecting point between therapists, management, and customers — ensuring a smooth, high-standard experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support massage therapist teams throughout the day
• Perform reception duties, handle bookings, and manage client enquiries
• Create and manage staff rosters and shift coverage
• Coordinate with Lead Therapists for staff supervision and training
• Ensure store readiness including stock control, room setup, and cleanliness
• Conduct customer service training and uphold guest satisfaction standards
• Assist in onboarding new team members and guiding performance improvement
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Participate in key business improvement initiatives and projects from the Director
• Regularly commute between stores (all within a 5-minute driving radius)
About You
• You are a qualified or have worked as Massage or Beauty Therapist (Preferred)
• You have at least 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of wellness/spa/clinic or healthcare environments
• Technically capable – confident using computers, Excel, email, documents, and booking systems
• Excellent communicator with a team-first mindset and adaptable attitude
• Passionate about client experience and team development
• Must have own car (we reimburse travel between stores used for work purposes)
• Able to work full-time 40 hours week including weekends
• Strong personal presentation and accountability
