Digital Marketing Specialist – Law Firm
Location: Bella Vista, Great team culture!
Work arrangement: Full-time in the office (Hybrid available after probation)
Salary: $80K–$90K + super (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Digital marketing experience, ideally in services-based industries
My client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is all about driving the firm’s online presence, attracting new clients, and promoting their services in line with legal industry standards.
We’re looking for someone with strong skills in SEO, Google Ads, and proven experience promoting professional services.
The role includes:
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Creating and publishing content across the website, blog, newsletters, and social media
Optimising content and website structure for SEO
Managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximise ROI
Overseeing social media presence – scheduling, engagement, reporting
Running targeted email campaigns and tracking performance
Monitoring website and campaign analytics, providing insights and recommendations
Managing online reputation, including client reviews and feedback
Ensuring compliance with all legal advertising regulations and ethical guidelines
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years’ digital marketing experience, ideally in legal or professional services
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media best practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal advertising rules (advantageous)
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Reporting: This role reports directly to the Managing Partner or Director of Business Development.
