About our client
Yutaiheng Pty Ltd is a Sydney‑based container transport and logistics company (turnover >$2.2m) servicing port‑to‑warehouse FCL movements across the Sydney metro and surrounds. With a modern prime mover & trailer fleet and time‑critical operations, the business is investing in digital marketing to deepen relationships with freight forwarders, importers and warehouse partners.
The opportunity
We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist (Digital & Content) to plan and deliver data‑driven marketing that grows qualified enquiries from B2B logistics customers. This is a professional marketing role—not a front‑line retail or transactional customer service position.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & planning (10%)
• Build a quarterly digital marketing plan aligned to freight seasons, vessel schedules and service capacity; define channel goals, budgets and KPIs.
Content & social (40%)
• Produce original photo/video and written content showcasing FCL deliveries, depot‑to‑door workflows, case studies and safety/compliance highlights.
• Own the content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok; publish, moderate and escalate leads from DMs/comments.
• Develop landing pages, brochures and email sequences targeting freight forwarders/importers.
Website & SEO (20%)
• Manage yutaiheng.com.au updates (copy, UX, basic SEO and tracking).
• Maintain a consistent brand library (logos, templates, footage, style guide).
Analytics & reporting (15%)
• Implement GA4 and platform insights; run monthly dashboards on reach, CTR, enquiries and conversion cost; test/iterate campaigns.
Partner & client marketing (15%)
• Coordinate joint promos with depots/warehouses; produce proposals, capability decks and win‑loss case notes for management.
Success looks like
• Month‑on‑month growth in qualified B2B enquiries and quote requests.
• Higher engagement from target segments (freight forwarders, importers, 3PLs).
• A consistent brand presence across web, social and client materials.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media (or similar).
• 2+ years’ hands‑on digital content experience (shooting/editing short‑form video, copywriting, scheduling, community management).
• Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and CMS basics (e.g., WordPress/Wix/Shopify).
• Practical SEO and on‑page optimisation skills; familiarity with Canva/Adobe/CapCut.
• Excellent written and verbal English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is highly regarded given part of our client base operates in Chinese‑speaking markets.
• Logistics/transport exposure is advantageous (or strong motivation to learn the sector quickly).
