The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to drive transformation and process excellence across the company's finance function. This is an individual contributor role with direct impact, delivering initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support finance transformation & process improvement projects
  • Partner across the business to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement changes
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Drive measurable improvements in finance operations and reporting processes

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in finance transformation or process improvement roles
  • Experience in ASX200 or large private companies ($1b+ turnover)
  • CA/CPA qualified with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Proven track record in senior finance roles with hands-on delivery capability
  • Highly curious, analytical, and action-oriented
