We're looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team and provide essential support to our Centre Directors and Senior Leadership Team while delivering effective human resource services across our group of Early Learning Centres. About the role
Provide first-level HR advice to staff and centre leaders
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Prepare employment documentation and manage seamless onboarding experiences
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
Act as the primary contact for WorkCover matters, supporting injured employees
Coordinate professional development and training programs
Support NQF and ACECQA compliance preparation and centre audits
Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Assist with workplace investigations and conflict resolution

Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and relevant Awards (Children's Services Award 2010, Teachers Award 2020, Clerks Private Sector Award 2020)
HR Qualification
Experience with WorkCover claims and return-to-work processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Police Check
Current Driver's License with ability to travel between sites
