We're on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Civil Crew Member to join a dynamic team working on a major Telstra infrastructure project. Responsibilities:

• Perform civil works related to Telstra network upgrades including trenching, conduit laying, and pit installation
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, trenchers, compaction tools)
• Support NBN and fibre optic cable routes through skilled site preparation
• Interpret plans and follow specifications with precision
• Follow WHS protocols to maintain a safe worksite

Requirements

• Experience in civil construction, preferably on telecom projects
• MR Truck License
• ACM ticket
• Excavator License
• Traffic management ticket
• Service locator ticket
• Nbn enable Card
• First Aid
• Pit and Pipe experience
