What you'll be doing

Designing, configuring and enhancing SAP systems (FICO / PSCD)

Translating business requirements into functional specifications and ICT solutions

Identifying system gaps, dependencies, and integration points across SAP modules

Leading and supporting team operations, including work flow, performance, and resources

Coaching and mentoring staff to build capability and engagement

Overseeing ICT solution delivery and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Preparing technical and corporate documentation

What we're looking for

Strong experience as an SAP Functional Consultant / Analyst with FICO expertise

PSCD module experience highly desirable

Solid understanding of general ledger, AP/AR, tax, cost controlling, invoicing, and debt management

Ability to engage stakeholders, capture business needs, and translate into solutions

Leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing teams

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex environments
