SEEKING MULTIPLE SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYSTS

We are seeking two experienced SAP Functional Analysts to join a major local government program delivering significant change across HR and payroll systems. You'll join a multi-disciplinary, high-performing team and work on one of the largest public sector transformation programs in Queensland.

SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - SuccessFactorsSuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

Lead the end-to-end configuration, integration, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactorsSuccessFactors Employee Central.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and the HCMHCM Project Manager to implement scalablescalable, user-centriccentric HR solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years'years' SAP Functional experience
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactorsSuccessFactors EC and Onboarding
• OnboardingSAP Activate methodology experience
• Advantageous: Performance & Goals, LMS,LMS Recruitment modules
• Strong stakeholder engagement and solution design skills

SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST- ANALYST-Timesheet Timesheet& Leave (SAP ECC ECC/ HCM)HCM

Support the functional design and integration of SAP ECC ECCHCM HCMmodules focused on time capture, leave, and entitlements.You will ensure alignment between business processes, award interpretation, and system design.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' years'SAP HCM HCMexperience, specifically in Time Management and Leave
• Solid understanding of award-based entitlements, workflows, and HR compliance
• Strong functional documentation and testing skills
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors SuccessFactorsintegrations integrations(preferred)
