I’m working with a well-established Melbourne builder who is about to kick off a $50.5M mixed-use project and needs an experienced Project Manager to take charge. The plans are locked, the site’s ready now it just needs the right person to deliver it.

The Project
You’ll be across a $50.5M mixed-use build featuring:

Ground & mezzanine carpark

Levels 1–5 – 91 Punthill apartments

Restaurant (cold shell fit-out)

Conference centre, gym, office, and function centre

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running apartment or mixed-use projects of similar scale

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of full project lifecycle

Confident leading a site team, managing stakeholders, and making calls under pressure

Available to start ASAP – this project is ready to go
