About Isaac
Isaac is a 27-year-old man living in River Heads. He’s curious, funny, loyal, and neurodiverse. His days are filled with purpose – as a volunteer gardener, gym-goer, fundraiser, swimmer, social media influencer, live music fan, and a much-loved friend, brother, uncle, cousin, and son.

Isaac communicates without using speech and thrives with support that recognises and builds on his strengths, interests, and relationships.

About the Role

Isaac and his team are looking for a highly experienced and skilled support worker with experience in coordination and a background in health or nutrition who is a genuine team player—someone who is driven to make a real difference and committed to helping Isaac feel a deep sense of belonging, connection, and value in his community.

You will:

Coordinate health and wellbeing activities, appointments, and plans in partnership with Isaac’s allied health and medical professionals

Coordinate healthy food and meal planning, supported by a nutritionist, coordinate shopping, and support Isaac to participate in meal preparation

Provide direct personal and social support to Isaac at home and in the community

Encourage and support Isaac’s communication using alternative methods

Engage Isaac in community participation, friendships, recreation, and creative pursuits

Participate in team meetings, planning, and reporting

Complete shift notes, track progress, and support data collection via our online systems

About Isaac’s Band Pty Ltd

We are also looking for team members who see themselves in this role for the long haul—at least two years to avoid disruptions in the team.
