About the Role

Cooinda Coonabarabran is seeking a highly organised and people-focused HR / Rosters Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative HR team. Reporting to the Acting HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our 150 staff members with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and daily/fortnightly rostering needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily rosters and future rosters, ensuring shifts are filled in line with business needs

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from advertising to placement

Manage HR compliance including police checks, AHPRA registrations, and Stat Decs

Maintain and update staff files and HR records

Prepare accurate rosters for payroll processing (payroll processes completed by HR Manager)

Coordinate new staff onboarding and induction

Partner with managers and staff to provide timely HR and rostering support

Adhoc admin support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or rostering (health/aged care desirable) - or a keen interest to learn!

Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion

Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude

Diploma in Human Resource Management or previous experience in similar role.
