Senior Support Workers – Psychosocial Disability & Corrections

Locations: Rhodes | Sutherland | Campbelltown | Penrith | Maroubra

Milestone Support Services supports men exiting correctional facilities who live with psychosocial disabilities. We’re looking for experienced Senior Support Workers (2+ years) ready to step into leadership and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Mentor and support participants and junior staff

Assist with rosters and daily service delivery

Facilitate community engagement and independence

Provide personal care, meal prep, and appointment support

Help men transition positively back into the community

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in disability/mental health/corrections

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Passion for working with psychosocial disability (schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disability)

NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Driver’s Licence, insured vehicle

(Nurses, Social Workers, and WWCC holders highly regarded)

What We Offer

Pay: $38 – $90/hr
