We’re looking for a motivated and skilled corporate lawyer to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years’ PAE in front-end corporate law (open to lawyers with up to 7 years’ experience)
• Proven experience in M&A and business transactions, due diligence and contract drafting
• A proactive mindset, wanting to work in a mid size team.
