This position is to work on high-profile litigation and insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees on a wide range of cases. You’ll also defend directors and company officers in ASIC investigations and enforcement proceedings.

Beyond insolvency, your role will involve diverse commercial litigation, including:

• Contract disputes
• Banking & Finance Disputes
• Fraud claims
• Property disputes
• Joint venture conflicts
• Shareholder disputes
• Breaches of directors’ and fiduciary duties

No two days will be the same and you’ll tackle complex legal challenges across multiple practice areas.

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious lawyer with 5+ years’ PAE in litigation and insolvency, ideally with experience across the key areas mentioned.
