Join Securinvest as our next superstar Adviser Support Officer and be park of our expanding Financial Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a wide range of administration functions relating to new business, switches, redemptions etc and completing the relevant documentation.

Assisting Advisers with preparation of client materials for meetings and reviews.

Manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring a prompt response to client enquiries.

Maintain client information system, ensuring information is entered and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

Liaise with key stakeholders (Fund Managers, Centrelink and other product providers).

Work within the Adviser Support Team to ensure procedures are followed and our clients receive a high standard of service across our extensive client base.

About you:

Experience in a Financial Planning practice or the wider Financial Services Industry is highly regarded.

Candidates from related industries with transferrable skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.

While not essential, a related tertiary qualification and/or completion of the Diploma in Financial Services will be highly regarded.
