Profusion Group have been engaged to recruit a Head of Compliance for an investment management client. This opportunity will oversee all Australian operations and is an ideal opportunity for a broader step up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with Traders, Investments and Operations functions
  • Management of compliance frameworks, monitoring, and reporting

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 7 years’ compliance experience within listed funds
  • Strong knowledge of ASIC regulations
  • Ability to work closely with executive leadership
