We are seeking an HS Advisor to join the Sustaining Capital team on an 8/6 roster. The role offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in operational H&S roles, ideally within mining or resources.

Qualifications: Relevant health and safety qualification.

Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong communication and analytical skills.

Background: Construction/civil works experience is desirable.

Licences: Valid C-Class Driver's Licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide H&S support and risk assessments across the Sustaining Capital division.

Partner with operational leaders to deliver the annual H&S plan and safety initiatives.

Facilitate incident investigations and deliver training/coaching on H&S best practices.

Promote workforce health and wellbeing through site-based initiatives.

Analyze H&S data to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

Strong H&S expertise, including human factors analysis.

Leadership skills to engage and influence operational teams.

Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
