About the role: Production Baker
Strong focus on SAFETY FIRST
Compliance with all hygiene and food safety standards and regulations
Mixing and Processing of doughs to the required specification
Baking our products, ensuring a high quality finished product
Using previous experience to assist in troubleshooting issues
Cleaning as You Go
Accurate record keeping ensuring traceability of all products
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Shift Pattern: Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, motivated, and have relevant experience. In addition, you will have:
The ability and willingness to follow all workplace safety practices
Knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles
The ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
A great work ethic and willingness to take direction
The ability to work comfortably in a cool room and humid environments
The ability to perform repetitive manual handling
Ability to lift up to 25kg
Ideally you will hold a minimum Cert III in Baking (or similar), however FULL TRAINING will be provided.
Previous bakery/snack food/food manufacturing experience (with mixing/blending experience) for these positions is required.
