About the Role

As a Spare Parts Assistant, your role will be central to the smooth running of our workshop and customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure parts are where they need to be – fast and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering and collecting parts across the region – you'll be out on the road daily ensuring customers, suppliers, and our team get what they need on time

Assisting with inventory and stock control – receiving and checking deliveries, restocking shelves, and updating records to keep things running smoothly

Preparing and pulling parts for the workshop team based on scheduled work

Supporting the Parts Manager with organisation of stock and orders

Maintaining a clean, well-organised parts area for efficiency and safety

This is a role with real variety – you’ll split your time between the warehouse, workshop, and the road. No two days will be exactly the same!

What You’ll Need

Ideally you’ll have experience working in a warehouse and be mechanically minded

A current Australian driver’s licence (essential – this is a delivery-heavy role!)

Forklift ticket

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and great time management

Moderate computer literacy
