We’re a fast-growing healthcare startup helping patients access essential medications with ease. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Patient Onboarding Specialist to be the welcoming voice for new patients and guide them through our platform.

Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience, ultimately helping as many patients as possible utilise our valuable service.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with new patients in a friendly and empathetic manner

Guide patients through the sign-up and onboarding process step-by-step

Explain how prescriptions, medication funding, and our services work in simple terms

Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues where needed

Record all patient information and interactions accurately in our system

Contribute to continuous improvement as we scale and refine our processes

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or medical reception role

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records

Strong communication skills — clear, empathetic, and professional on the phone

Tech confidence using web-based platforms and basic computer applications
