We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator based in Moranbah to support the central Accommodation management team for a large mining operation.

In this role you will be using in house systems, procedures and operating standards to ensure successful management of the village and housing portfolio across Moranbah and throughout Bowen Basin.

Your duties will include:

• Support the Housing operations team with various activities in line with the Residential Housing Policy
• Identify and highlight opportunities to improve office procedures and schedules
• Conduct general office admin task as directed (eg order stationery, take minutes, occupy front desk, attend meetings etc)
• Identification and entering of hazards into control systems and conduct audits of service provisions within the Village portfolio
• Maintenance of SharePoint, One Note, Webex Teams
• Completion of performance of control verification activities (CCV) and reporting non-conformances
• Document control management of Accommodation Operations controlled documents

To be successful in this role you will have had previous Administration experience and willing to learn new systems and procedures as well as:

• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of SAP
• Document Control – TEMPO & D2 - preferred
• Knowledge of Residential Housing Policy would be desired but not mandatory
