The Role
As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major mechanical projects—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HVAC projects, with a focus on high-rise apartment developments
  
  
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
  
  
• Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, and quality assurance
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mechanical standards
  
  
• Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally
  
  
• Support tendering and estimating for upcoming projects
  
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in HVAC project management (ideally $5M+ projects)
  
  
• Mechanical trade or engineering qualifications
  
  
• Strong understanding of high-rise construction and mechanical services
  
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
  
  
• Proficiency with project software such as Aconex, MS Project, or similar
