General Duties:

• You'll be managing a dream residential portfolio overseeing up to 130 properties, with potential for portfolio growth as new projects are established.
• Support day-to-day operations, delivering a superior residential experience.
• Foster exceptional tenant and owner relationships
• Coordinate all leasing processes, including bespoke marketing, private viewings, application processing, and tailored tenancy agreements.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years experience in property management
• QLD Real Estate Registration is a must
• Must be proficient in PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express
• Thrives working autonomously while taking full ownership of a dynamic property portfolio
• Driven, dedicated, and committed to delivering results
• Willing to commute as required
