NES Fircroft are currently seeking an experience Field Service Representative to support the maintenance and fitting out of defence vehicles. In this role you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the the FMTV Military Trucks.

Your duties will include:

• Identify failures of FMTV A2 Government Furnished Equipment
• Provide operator familiarization training and ongoing virtual support for deployed forces
• Comply with local unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for documenting and reporting maintenance and repair activities to include FMTV A2 reporting.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with the FMTV A2 published technical manuals.
• Provide operator and maintenance support at test facilities.
• Assist with parts ordering process and facilitate warranty claims

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years’ mechanical experience with heavy wheeled vehicles and prior experience with military vehicle maintenance. In addition you will have:

• Formal educations/ certificates in vehicle service repair
• Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet 13-day repair time requirements, and meet reporting timeline requirements
• Able to obtain a positive adjudication of a NAC-I background check
• Able to obtain a Common Access Card and CDL prior to start
• Experience completing reports in Microsoft Office and excel.
• Effectively communicate and deal diplomatically with customers and co-workers
• Valid Passport
• Able to obtain an International Driver’s license
