Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory

We are a family run business established in 1998. We have renovated an abandon flour mill in Junee and created a licorice and chocolate factory that is now a known tourism facility within the Riverina. We are driven by innovation and always striving to create fun and unique events for our customers and visiting guests. Our restaurant is open everyday of the week from 9am - 4pm and is a beautiful extension onto our business within stunning alfresco dining for customers to relax with a coffee and gourmet meal. We are looking for a passionate person to lead our team with continuous training to ensure a high quality of customer service in a fun environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the smooth running of all events
• Daily management and weekly managers meetings
• Hiring and training staff, coordinating employee schedules, and ensuring company protocols are being followed
• Order supplies, manage budgets and resolve customer complaints

We ask applicants have demonstrated experience leading teams within a hospitality environment.
