Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate corporate travel bookings for flights, accommodation, car hire, and more, ensuring every detail is perfectly planned.

Offer expert advice and tailored travel solutions, guiding clients with personalised itineraries that match their preferences and budget.

Utilise advanced travel sales tools such as Sabre to identify cost-effective, optimal options for clients, ensuring the best travel experience.

Assist clients with any travel-related changes, cancellations, or troubleshooting, providing timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with travel suppliers to ensure smooth, hassle-free arrangements.

Stay ahead of industry trends, policies, and regulations to continuously provide top-tier service and advice.

Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or corporate travel agency, with a proven ability to handle complex bookings.

Proficiency in Sabre, Tramada and/or similar travel booking systems, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, ensuring every client’s travel needs are met with precision.

Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
