Located in Sydney CBD, this nimble & lean team of 15, consistently sell over a massive 700-1,000 lots per annum through channel sales, real estate partners & house & land builder wholesales.

THE ROLE.
As the Sales & Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring sales process runs smoothly and on time. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that requires someone who is organised & analytical.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Prepare and process sales advices, order land contracts, coordinate contract amendments, and issue weekly stock list updates and EDMs.
- Property Base / Salesforce CRM Management
- Create new projects, maintain accurate offer statuses, and generate weekly, monthly, and settlement reports that keep the team on track.
- Build and maintain price lists, track sales in Excel, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- Manage invoices for commissions and supplier payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain orderly files and records for development projects while assisting with process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- Provide occasional PA assistance to the CEO and partner closely with the Sales Manager to support day-to-day priorities.
- Share responsibility for office upkeep (stationery, printers, kitchen, general supplies) and contribute to the smooth running of the team environment.

THE PERSON.
- Background in operations for real estate or projects/development administration, operations, or office management in the property sector
- Detail & system driven - analytical, highly organised, and process-driven
- Exposure to Excel, Property Base or Salesforce CRM system (desired but not essential)
- Mature & capable - can work autonomously and take ownership without micromanagement
- Ethical & professional - Trusted to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong backbone, able to handle tough C-Suite / Director-level executives
