The Client:

The Role:
- Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral
- Prepare and process Contracts and Form 6s
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Database entry and management
- Assisting with Open Homes and Private Inspections
- Diary management
- Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
- Social Media Marketing/advertising campaigns
- Organising photography/styling
- Preparing Vendor reports
- General administration and ad-hoc duties
The successful Candidate:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
- Prior Real Estate experience is a MUST!!
- IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- High level of communication and attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
