Air Conditioning Technician | Brisbane
$50 – $55/hour + Super | Company Vehicle | 9-Day Fortnight (optional)
Aireplus Services is on the lookout for a highly skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our Brisbane-based team. If you're a tradesman who takes pride in doing quality work and is looking for solid, varied commercial jobs — we want to hear from you.
Additional position available for Mature-aged Apprentice - also welcome to apply.

About the Role:
We work predominantly in commercial environments across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Your days will be filled with:
Preventative maintenance and fault-finding
Breakdowns and reactive service calls
System commissioning
Installations for system replacements and minor projects
Working on everything from split systems to VRF and package units
You’ll be supported but trusted to work independently. Clear communication and professionalism with clients is essential — you’ll often be the face of our business on-site.
What You’ll Need:
Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current Restricted Electrical Licence
Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
Manual Driver’s Licence
Solid experience across commercial HVAC systems
Ability to diagnose faults confidently and think on your feet
A good attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Participation in the on-call roster is required (approx. 1 in 8 weeks), with support always available from our team.
