The Opportunity
Graymac, a leading provider of air conditioning and refrigeration services, is seeking an experienced and qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join their team. As part of this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative service on HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems

Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment to proper working order

Ensure all work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Provide exceptional customer service to clients

What We're Looking For

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Refrigerant Handling License and Electrical Work License (Restricted or better).

Experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

Strong technical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems

SimPRO experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
