We’re on the hunt for our next superstar: an exceptional, fully qualified Air Conditioning Technician or 3rd year Apprentice who’s ready for their next exciting step in a fresh, new role. ‘Sometimes a change is as good as a holiday!’

Who we’re looking for
You’re not “just” an air con tech — you’re passionate about what you do, take pride in your work, and genuinely enjoy solving problems for clients. You thrive in a team, take initiative, and aren’t afraid of a good challenge. You’ll play an active role in mentoring and supporting apprentices and ensuring they are learning every day. You’re also great with people — because keeping our customers happy is just as important as keeping our staff happy.

You’ll need:

Trade qualifications as a Refrigeration Mechanic (or overseas qualifications with plans to transition to full Australian servicing registrations) OR year 1&2 apprenticeship pass results.

Class C unrestricted driver’s licence

Elevated platform & confined space tickets (ideal)

Current first aid certificate or willing to obtain
