About the role

This is a full-time Cosmetic Welder MIG Positional Welder Hardox role based in Somerton, Victoria. As a key member of the Gorski Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding work on a range of projects to support the company's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

Perform positional welding using the MIG welding process on Hardox materials and other metal fabrications

Ensure all welding work meets or exceeds quality and safety standards

Identify and troubleshoot any welding issues, working closely with the wider engineering team

Contribute to the continuous improvement of welding processes and techniques

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a MIG welder, ideally with exposure to Hardox materials

Ability to perform positional welding to a high standard

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
