The Role

We are looking for a Trainee to join our team and assist our current Receptionist and Sales Superstar Team. The position is required to undertake administration duties, confidently turning our flow of enquiries into bookings, ensure our clients are happy and support our team so they can keep doing what they do best. This is an absolutely key role in our business so we are looking for someone with, not just the right skills, but the right personality and attitude so you will feel right at home within our great team and company culture!

While this is a predominantly work in the office role with the option to work a percentage of time form home. You are expected to come into the office regularly to attend team meetings and socials, undertake training, and generally be invested in getting to know the people you are working with – we want to get to know you too!

In this role you will:

Have amazing written and verbal communication skills.

Be the voice of PRE by receiving incoming enquiries via phone, email, and website.

Have the communication and sales skills to turn enquiries into customers and raving fans!

Take and schedule job bookings.

Support our teams on the ground when they need assistance and additional information on jobs.

Support our customers and build relationships as they get to know you by name!

Be the ‘go to’ person for other administrative duties as required by the team.

Have outstanding time management skills.

Have a real love of chatting with people, answering their questions and converting their enquiry into making a booking with us!

Be a warm, competent and upbeat personality and phone manner.

Have confidence in using Microsoft 365, scheduling software and customer management computer systems.

Have exceptional ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Be genuinely interest in the industry, this role and working with our company.

Hourly Rate of up to $32.00 per hour for the right Superstar.

Superannuation of 12%.

Training provided in the workplace and at TAFE for a Traineeship in Business and Administration.
