We’re now looking for additional enthusiastic Production Labourers to join our Cowra manufacturing team as we head toward 2025 grain harvest. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on experience, on the job training, and opportunities to build a career in mechanical or fabrication trades.
The Role
As a Production Labourer, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This role is suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and has an interest in how things are built.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the assembly, preparation, and handling of manufactured components.
Learning to operate workshop equipment and basic tools/machinery safely.
Supporting tradespeople and production staff with day-to-day tasks.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Following instructions and working as part of a team to meet production targets.
About You

A genuine interest in mechanical, fabrication, or trade work.
