We are recruiting for a fast-growing construction building company known for innovation, efficiency, and quality in off-site construction. As this organisation is expand our capabilities, we're launching a brand-new mechanical division - and we're looking for the right person to lead it.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a department from the ground up within an already established and forward-thinking business.

Who We're Looking For:

• An experienced Mechanical Manager, or...
• A hands-on business owner from the mechanical/building services industry who's ready to return to a leadership role within a company environment
• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services within construction or modular builds
• Comfortable with leading teams, overseeing projects, and liaising with clients and subcontractors
• Able to take ownership of the division's growth, structure, and success

The Role:

• Set up and manage the mechanical division at reputable organisation
• Lead mechanical design, coordination, and installation for residential, commercial and modular projects
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team as the division grows
• Work closely with directors and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Input into strategic decisions and future planning
