About the Role: We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team and lead our workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and scheduling work, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring clear, friendly communication. Your primary duties will include efficiently maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment from mowers and lawn care tools to small and mid-sized tractors and small plant machinery.

Experience and Competence:

Demonstrated experience as a small engine mechanic with a broad skill base in mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
