About the Business: Established in 1997, Bathurst Mowerland is a high-quality, locally owned heating and mower dealership with an excellent reputation for sales and customer support. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team and lead our workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and scheduling work, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring clear, friendly communication. Your primary duties will include efficiently maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of equipment from mowers and lawn care tools to small and mid-sized tractors and small plant machinery.

Selection Criteria:
Experience and Competence:
Demonstrated experience as a small engine mechanic with a broad skill base in mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
Teamwork and Communication:
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, managers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
