THE COMPANY

Our client is an Australian owned company servicing the mining and aggregates induction in both Australian and New Zealand who offer the complete screen media range of products including, woven wire screen mesh, rubber & polyurethane products, self-cleaning screens and a large range of poly & rubber modular screen panels as well as Crusher wears. We currently are seeking an experienced Internal Customer Service Person to assist with daily operations of their office located in Derrimut

THE ROLE

• Ensure outstanding customer service via phone, email & counter service.
• Promote at every opportunity the company's products and services.
• Create quotes, sales orders, invoices, & purchase orders.
• Follow up quotes as required.
• Liaise directly with Clients, suppliers and freight companies.
• Ensure an efficient and high level of administration with speed and accuracy
• Hours 730-4pm Monday to Thursday 230pm Finish on Fridays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Professional, accurate and excellent written and verbal communication.
• An understanding of mathematics.
• Motivated and Sales orientated aptitude.
• Strong Admin & IT skills - Previous experience with data entry via MYOB, Accredo or the likes
• Ability to deal with competing priorities.
• Confidently liaise with people at all levels both in person and over the phone.
