We're seeking a high-performing FP&A Analyst to join our Perth-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with a strong analytical skillset and a passion for driving business performance.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified with 4-8 years of experience.
• Background in Big 4 audit or advisory, ideally with exposure to FP&A or commercial finance.
• Proven ability to deliver insights, build financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting and Forecasting - Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Financial Analysis and Modelling - Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
3. Reporting and Insights - Deliver timely and accurate reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
4. Strategic and Business Support - Partner with business units to provide commercial support, business case analysis, and strategic recommendations.
5. Systems and Process Improvement - Drive enhancements in financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
