What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping and painting new buildings to strict quality standards

Working to precise systems but schedules that can change in an instant

Responding to urgent paint jobs without losing your cool

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Being part of a no-nonsense, high-performing team who all still know how to have fun on the job while supporting each other like a tight knit family.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in new builds, residential and commercial painting

Ability to follow systems and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Calm under pressure – when chaos hits, you hit harder

Sharp attention to detail – we don’t do sloppy

Physically fit – this is hands-on, on-your-feet work

Reliable and ready to go every shift, no excuses
