At Supreme Souvlakia we’ve been serving the community for over 40 years and We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Butcher to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to customer specifications and preferences.

Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on meat selection, cooking methods, and recipes.

Stocking up the retail fridge with fresh meat products and ensuring proper display for customer appeal.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area and retail fridge.

Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat, butchering techniques, and food safety standards.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
