With a loyal client base, strong project track record, and a clear strategic vision, the business is seeking an experienced Head of Operations (COO) to play a pivotal role in shaping its future.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will oversee and align the Delivery, Pre-Construction, and Design divisions, creating the operational foundations to support scalable and sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, inspires trust, and brings clarity and commercial insight. You’ll empower leaders, strengthen processes, and help bring the company’s vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and unify Delivery, Pre-Construction, and Design teams for seamless project execution.
- Build scalable structures, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and growth.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders across commercial and project teams.
- Champion a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
- Enhance project reporting, resource planning, and commercial governance.
- Safeguard project quality and profitability onsite.
- Collaborate with Sales and Design leaders to align project stages.
- Represent the business with energy and professionalism.
About You
- Senior leadership experience in construction, commercial fitout, or design/build sectors.
- Strong operational expertise in project delivery, team management, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and building scalable systems.
- Commercially savvy with a record of improving margin, quality, and client outcomes.
- Strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution.
- Culture-first leader who thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
